At Beauty Fields NZ, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. However, we understand that sometimes things don’t work out as planned. This return policy outlines the conditions under which we accept returns for cosmetics purchased from our online store.

Please note:

  • This policy applies only to purchases made from our online store within New Zealand.
  • We only accept returns for unused and unopened products in their original packaging.
  • We cannot accept returns for hygiene reasons on opened or used cosmetics.
  • Shipping fees are non-refundable.

To return an item:

  1. Contact our customer service team within 14 days of receiving your order to request a return authorization at [email protected]
  2. Pack the item securely in its original packaging, including any inserts or protective materials.
  3. Ship the package back to us using tracked service with insurance.

Once we receive your return:

  • We will inspect the item to ensure it meets the above criteria.
  • If the item is eligible for a return, we will issue a full refund for the purchase price of the item (excluding shipping fees) within 7 business days.
  • The refund will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.

Items that cannot be returned:

  • Opened or used cosmetics
  • Gift cards
  • Items damaged due to misuse or neglect
