Extraction method: steam distillation of the leaves and flowers

Country of Origin: South Africa

Colour: Pale yellow to greenish olive

Cautions: It may cause sensitivity on some individuals. Because it is reputed to balance the hormonal system, it is advised that geranium be avoided during pregnancy.

Baths: add 5-8 drops to bath
Massages: add 2-3 drops of essential oils to 15ml (1 tablespoonful) of carrier oil
Vaporisation: add 2-4 drops of essential oils to a burner.
