Clary Sage Essential Oil (Salvia sclarea) 10ml

Clary sage essential oil is a bit of a feminine oil – Hormone balancing oil, Helps in PMS and aphrodisiac for women. Reserch shows it can also help with stress reduction, helps with menopause symptoms, reduces menstrual cramps, is antibacterial and reduces cortisol levels which gives an antidepressant-like effect.

This sage is the boggest of them all, raised to 1.5 m height with beautiful purple-pink flower that are covered with the sticky essential oil. All you have to do it to touch and some will stick to your hand.

Scent: sweet, nutty, herbaceous.

Extraction Method: steam Distillation of the flowering tops and leaves.

Colour: yellow.

Easy uses of clary sage essential oil

Mood swings – take a bath or diffuse 2 drops clary sage and 4 drops mandarin essential oils.

Erotic massage – 3 drops clary sage and sandalwood essential oils and 2 drops jasmine in a tablespoon of almond oil.

Promote labour – 2 drops clary sage and jasmine essential oils in a tablespoon of base oil, massage into the abdomen and lower back.

Mentrual cramps – a bath with a few drops of clary sage essential oil.

Dandruff – add to your shampoo.

Balance sebum – add a few drops toy your moisturizer and mix.

Baths: add 5-8 drops to bath
Massages: add 2-3 drops of essential oils to 15 ml (1 tablespoonful) of carrier oil
Vaporisation: add 2-4 drops of essential oils to a burner.
